Privacy Policy — Trial Draft

This draft is designed around India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) concepts, but it is not legal advice. Have the final policy reviewed for your organization, processing activities, notices, consent flows, retention periods and grievance process before launch.

What we collect

Account credentials, profile information, portfolio images, optional social links, and contact details you choose to provide. We collect only what is needed to operate the platform and communicate opportunities.

Visibility controls

Profile visibility and contact visibility are separate. A member can keep phone, WhatsApp and email details private while still maintaining a public creative profile. Requests and offers are recorded in the platform.

Uploads

Only permitted image formats are accepted by the trial upload handler. Production deployments should also add malware scanning, storage isolation, image processing, rate limits and regular backups.

Your choices

You should be able to access, correct, update or request deletion of personal data subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. Add your designated grievance contact and actual retention schedule before launch.

Third-party services

The demo uses Google Fonts and remote demo photography. Replace demo imagery with properly licensed production assets or an approved image API before launch.
